I want to redeem a bonus coupon with 20X Playthrough and a 10X cashout rule. What does this mean?
For most bonus coupons there are certain requirements you must fulfill before processing a withdrawal. In this case you must play 20X (20 times) your deposit plus your bonus. For example, if you deposited $20 and the bonus amount you are receiving in $40 then you add these two amounts and multiply them by your playthrough amount. In this case it is $800. Your formula would be: deposit amount + bonus amount X Playthrough = wagering requirement. ($20 + $40 X 20 = $800) You must wager $800 in order to be eligible to make a withdrawal.

The 10X cash-out is the amount you are eligible to cash-out at any one time. This amount is based solely on the player's deposit amount. In this case you would simply multiply your deposit amount times the cash-out amount. For Example: You deposited $20 multiply times 10 = $200 ($20 X 10 = $200). What this means is that by using this coupon you are only able to withdraw $200.
