Withdrawals
Funds can be withdrawn by logging into your casino account and finding The Cashier section. Once you have found the Cashier section, click on WITHDRAW MONEY.
Select your preferred method of withdrawal from the Bank Menu: Neteller, Cash Deposit, Click2Pay, Overnight Express (Federal Express Cashier's Check) or Wire Transfer to get started.
There are normally fees involved for each of these methods. Please contact our customer support staff to find out what fees are associated with the withdrawal method that you choose.
Please keep in mind that we require documentation from all players before a withdrawal will be processed. All withdrawals require that players fill out a
Credit Card Agreement Form. Please contact us to find out what documents may be required
for your withdrawal.
Unless otherwise stated, there is a max cash-out of $2,000 per week. Weekly payments will be higher if you are a VIP player.
Cash-out requests may take up to 7-10 business days to be approved due to recent limitations which have affected the Industry. For Players who play with no bonuses and/or redeem
coupons below 30%, withdrawal requests take 5 business days to be approved.
For your convenience, we offer a variety of cash-out methods, but if you should come across a method that works better for you, please let us know and we will do everything within our
power to help. Please find below the time frames for your cash-out to be credited or sent to you. Please note that all time frames are calculated in Business Days (Monday through
Friday. Holidays are not considered business days).
Withdrawals take approximately 7 to 15 business days to be processed by our accounting department. There may be slight delays due to payment and processing limits, depending on the
level of traffic and the method of payment.

Reversing Withdrawals
Once you have completed the requirements associated with the bonus + deposit, you have the option of performing a real cash reversal. You cannot perform these reversals on your own;
you must contact us for assistance.

Neteller
You may request a withdrawal of your funds via Neteller. There is no fee associated with a Neteller withdrawal. Please make sure we have your correct Neteller e-mail address or account number. Funds will appear in your Neteller account one to two business days after your cash-out is approved.
Click2Pay
You may request to withdraw funds through Click2Pay only if you made a previous deposit with Click2Pay. There are no fees associated with a Click2Pay withdrawal. Please make sure we have your correct Click2Pay account info. Funds will appear in your Click2Pay account one to two business days after your cash-out is approved.
Wire Transfer
Funds will appear in your bank account four to seven business days after your cash-out is approved. The minimum withdrawal via Wire Transfer is $500. It takes approximately four to ten days to complete a wire transfer. There is no charge for the first transfer of the month.
